Gina Rollo White, MA is the founder and CEO of Mindful Junkie, a nonprofit supporting first responders with stress, trauma, and resilience training. With 17+ years as a mind-body educator and author, she holds a Master’s in Mindfulness Studies from Lesley University. Her graduate thesis, Mindfulness and Law Enforcement: An Effective Approach to Implementing Mindfulness for First Responders, laid the foundation for her work with trauma-sensitive populations. Over the past decade, Gina has trained hundreds of departments nationwide and is a nationally recognized keynote speaker on stress, performance under pressure, leadership, and trauma recovery. She authored Tactical Brain Training: A Guide to Stress and Trauma Management for First Responders, the DOJ-approved Tactical Brain Training®: Mindfulness for First Responders curriculum, and created mindfulness programs for AmDTx and Mindful magazine.
