Chief Dwight Henninger has been a member of the IACP Executive Committee for seven years, served as the Chair of the Environmental Crimes Committee, and as a member of the Financial Review and Homeland Security Committees. Chief Henninger has served as chief in Vail, Colorado since 2002.     In 2010, Chief Henninger was congressionally appointed to serve on the Local, State, Tribal and Federal Prepardness Task Force - directed by the Federal Emergency Management Agency.      Chief Henninger received masters degrees from University of California, Irvine in Business and Public Administration and from San Diego State University in Leadership.
