This conference workshop presentation explains and socializes the research results obtained in a group of Colombian police officers, after attending a resilience and stress training using the techniques of the HeartMath Institute in association with our holistic model for police leadership. The methodological design used is of mixed type with sequential execution, through which qualitative and quantitative data were collected and analyzed. The results obtained evidence of the impact of this type of training on the physical and mental health of police officers and its effectiveness during daily police duties.
