Arson Scene and Explosives Safety for the Patrol Officer

Brought to you by the IACP Arson & Explosives Committee, this conference workshop presentation outlines special hazards and threats posed by fire and explosion scenes, along with offenses involving the criminal misuse of fire and explosives. The purpose of the presentation is to give law enforcement personnel insight into these unique crimes in order to keep their officers safe, and to provide familiarity with resources which can help combat these crimes in their communities.
